The online edition of Asian Poker Tour, hosted on Pokerbaazi.com, culminated with its second season. The eight-day long tournament from August 1 to August 8 had 25,606 entries from talented poker players from the country.

Back in 2020, the Asian Poker Tour had announced its first-ever exclusively online series for Indians in partnership with Pokerbaazi.

The winners were awarded prizes worth more than INR 8 crores along with 10 trophies, 3 championship rings, luxury watches, and other accolades.

The top three winners were: Rajat Sharma (Super Highroller Event), Mithun Mahesh (Highroller Event), and Subhayan Das (Main Event) from Gurgaon, Ratnagiri, and Siliguri, respectively. These winners showcased an outstanding play with their laser target strategy and mental fortitude.

The event also recognized other players such as Vinay Rajpal, Aman Parakh, and Bhanu Parakh as the series Leaderboard winners and standout players in the region. They were awarded a championship ring, a luxury watch, and the most sought-after ‘Player of the Series Trophy.’

Navkiran Singh, Founder, and CEO at Baazi Games expressed his happiness for the event, “We are really happy with the sheer fervor and love that Indian poker players showered during the Asian Poker Tour. Witnessing such enormous participation not only surpassed our expectations but also helped empower the hidden marvels of this skill-based game, poker. Our dedicated and enthusiastic team has already started gearing up for the next season, and we are certain that the follow-up season of Asian Poker Tour will be bigger and better.”
